Grass and weeds exceeded six inches in height in the front yard and along the sidewalk area. Trash and debris were present in the front yard and inside a trailer located in the driveway. Storage was observed throughout the front yard and carport area. Two inoperable pickup trucks with visible damage and/or missing parts were located in the driveway and carport and were visible from the public right-of-way. Additionally, the garage had been enclosed and the carport had been constructed without the required permits. A 30-day Notice of Violation was sent to the property owner requiring correction of the noted violations. |
