On site, observed multiple inoperable vehicles located in the front yard exhibiting various types of damage and/or missing parts. The vehicles were visible from the public right-of-way. also observed grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height throughout the property and along the adjacent sidewalk area. Additionally, observed outdoor storage in the front yard and carport area, including miscellaneous items visible from the street. Sent 30-day Notice of Violation requiring all violations to be corrected within the allotted compliance period. |
