On site with TFD and Southwest Gas. Emergency call to commercial structure fire. Upon inspection it appears that a fire started in the kitchen. A oven was left on and the contents ignited. The hood suppression system did not activate. Fire was contained to oven. Fire did not cause structural, electrical or plumbing damaged. Southwest Gas pinned meter. Unable to contact any responsible party. City contractor secured property by pinning front wrought iron shut. NOV, NOV sign and business card was posted on front entrance. Permits may be required if repairs are necessary. All repairs must be done by a licensed contractor. |
