226 pm - Property has a wall and gates, gates are closed, padlocked and I am unable to enter the property. From the right of way, observed a double wide structure in the center of the lot with no light fixtures visible on the front wall of the structure, one apparent light fixture on east wall. Light is not on. There is a single wide structure on the west part of the parcel with a light above the door, and it is also not on. There is a third single wide structure on the far east side of lot that has a front door light, it does not appear to be on. There is a structure to the east of this that has no visible light fixtures. At this time I am unable to determine the color temperature of any of the lights on the property or access the property. -VM |
