On site inspection. The property was inspected in response to a complaint. Limited grass and weed growth were observed within the yard; however, the vegetation was not excessive and did not create conditions that were constitute a violation of Tucson city code 16–13. Based on the observed condition, no code violation exist at this time. Case closed – unfounded. |
