On site with inspector Morales. At this time an inspection of the exterior was completed and no violations were found. Several attempts to locate/communicate with tenant by phone and on site. Unable to conduct complete inspection. Spoke with owner. Owner states the people in the home are squatters and are unauthorized to be inside the unit. Unable to verify this information with tenants. Tenants will not return calls or answer door. |
