On site inspection. There were no violations of a construction site of a demolition of a pool and installation of a new pool. There were no debris, construction materials, or any other related materials in the construction of pools. The alleyway behind the house was inspected for construction materials; there weren't any signs of construction behind the house. There were no signs of any water drainage from a pool that was being worked on in the alleyway or in the front of the house (I.e. wet ground or mud). Case closed – unfounded. |
