On site inspection. Met with tenant in apartment to verify that their air-conditioning system is not working. Tenant has been issued two portable units one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The property management company is in work with an air-conditioning contractor to fix the entire AC unit for the apartment. Property management provided internal work orders for portable units being installed and AC to be replaced. The property management company also provided documentation from an outside AC contractor. The AC unit in the apartment needs new compressor; part is on order to be fixed. According to Tucson city code, since the tenant has been providing with two portable AC units as a temporary basis, and the property management company has shown documentation for the AC unit to be fixed, case closed – resolved. |
