On site and at this time there is some trash scattered throughout the property and grass/weeds greater than 6in. Palm trees in ROW have accumulation of dead palm fronds will refer to streets dept to remove. Property has a DP TD-DEV-0626-00145 awaiting approval for proposed industrial building with associated access, parking, landscape and stormwater harvesting. |
