on site at property TFD, TPD, SWG on scene. Fire damage isolated to ES of structure. There is fire damage to interior and exterior walls, roof, ceilings, drywall, floor board and insulation. There is fire damage to electrical to include bare melted wires, electrical fixtures, as well exposed junction boxes and outlets. There is damage to plumbing and gas systems. Water meter and lines have also been damaged. Electrical service has been isolated at pedestal and main pull fuse removed. Gas meter have been removed. All repairs require permits and need to be done by licensed contractors. Permits will be required to reconnect all utilities. Property manager to secure property indemnification form signed. DNO posted in front of property. |
