Located listed owner on Pima County. The owner's father passed away and AZ Fiduciary sold the property 2 wks ago. Contacted the Realtor regarding the complaint. Left message to please contact me so I can get hold of the new owner regarding the squatters. Realtor called back stated he was on site this morning to collect his lock box. The property sold and the new owner currently now has workers inside cleaning the building. close case. |
