Commercial restaurant left a pot on burner still on. Pot started smoking. No electrical damaged, SWG tested gas line. Checked bldg. two electrical disconnect boxes missing labels on electrical circuit. Circuit missing needs a knock out covering the space. Disconnect box located in back room also missing labels. Vent cover located at the front of the store the light bulb is hanging in from the wires. Floor has water on the floor ground is very slick. Issue notice to have an electrician label disconnect electrical circuits and reconnect the bulb in vent system. TEP tested gas line for leaks. No leaks found. TEP reignited the burners for the owner. |
