On site I encountered the owner who walked me through the property to show me what they were doing. I only saw them removing old cabinetry being removed, which was exactly the trash and debris on the ground in the front of the property. He only intends to install new cabinetry, which does not require a permit. He also intends to repave the old driveway, which does not require a permit. I encouraged him to be mindful of what work he's doing at the property and to apply for all permits as necessary. I will leave this case open until he is further along with the renovation because he probably will need a permit for other work he intends to do. |
