Since the last time I was here, the owner has now repaved the driveway and I was unable to verify the new cabinetry (even though it does not require a permit). He has since applied for and has posted a permit for other work he intends to do. Since no other violations are present at this time and he has his permits posted, I will close this case at this time. |
