On site. After initial appointment set up for today at 9 o’clock temp was made to call tenant to verify complaints about AC not blowing enough air and pest control. Another phone call will be made and after that if no results case will be closed. |

On site. Two attempts were made to meet with the tenant regarding the reported cooling issue with the HVAC system. During follow up communication the tenant stated that he has obtained multiple fans and a portable air-conditioning unit for temporary cooling to repair repairs to the permanent HVAC system are complete completed by the property management companies contractor. There are no violations, observed during the inspection process, but enough probable cause the issue a notice of violation sent in the mail. Case Closed - Resolved. |
