There is significant trash and outdoor storage in the front yard. I spoke to the tenants, they said they continually get alerts because the neighbors do not like them. I advised them on how to become compliant in the front and what they can do to avoid future scrutiny regarding the vehicles in thye back yard (all appear operational). I will revisit the site in two weeks and if there is no resolution I will send and NOV. |
