06/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went with Supervisor to see the property under consideration for demo. While on site we found a man who stated he was cleaning the lot. The main structure was opened up. Supervisor gave him two days to clear the lot.
06/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Contacted TPD regarding the property with the vehicle in the row. 20 minutes late I got a call asking me to come out to the property. Upon arriving at the property TPD was on site. They cleared the house of people. I contacted Arcadia to have the property re-secured. ES came to the property lot and removed the refuse containers and any refuse in the front right-of-way area. TPD contacted Gary's Towing to remove the junk motor vehicle from the public right-of-way area. Man on the lot loaded up his belongings and was told not to come back to the property by TPD.
