06/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Contacted TPD regarding the property with the vehicle in the row. 20 minutes late I got a call asking me to come out to the property. Upon arriving at the property TPD was on site. They cleared the house of people. I contacted Arcadia to have the property re-secured. ES came to the property lot and removed the refuse containers and any refuse in the front right-of-way area. TPD contacted Gary's Towing to remove the junk motor vehicle from the public right-of-way area. Man on the lot loaded up his belongings and was told not to come back to the property by TPD.

07/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Family member came on behalf of the POA and picked up the 60 day demo notice. He signed for the document.
08/12/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation TPD contacted Code Enforcement Inspector stating the house is open with people inside the house. Upon arrival TPD had the house cleared. Contacted Arcadia to resecure the house.

08/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation VANS notice 60 days has expired. Family has made no attempt to apply for a permit to repair the home. Will follow up on the property.

Owner's of the property have not contacted me regarding the status of the property sale to HUD. Called the responsible party and left a vm regarding the update on the sale to HUD. Found green card has for initial notice sent out was never delivered. Will have to dismiss citation and re-send notice of violation to the owner Process Service. It appears the owner's family is avoiding the notice of violation.
