In Violation |
Arrival on site at 747 PM to a car into residential structure. Car struck the west facing wall on the south half of the structure north of the garage. A large approximately 15 ft wide area of the block wall under the window and the window have been destroyed. The lintel above the window is sagging and there is horizontal cracking to the bricks extending out to the corner of the wall. There is an electrical line that has become detached out of the wall and an electrical outlet that is damaged. I tested the wire and the outlet and both did not test live. Vehicle belongs to the owner who was on site but unable to sign for documents. Resident on site was able to shore up the lintel and will tow the vehicle out on their own. A permit is required for all repairs. A licensed contractor may be required. -VM |
