After several attempts at making contact with the tenant I was able to inspect the unit successfully with inspector Morales and tenant. At this time there is evidence of a leak surrounding front room window and bedroom. There is visible staining. This staining is cosmetic. There is no moisture or bubbling on or surrounding the areas in question or an active leak. The A/C is working and holding a temp well below 82 degrees. There is no current issues with water heater. No visible issues with foundation. Hole in kitchen floor was not pointed out. Tenant was unable to verify issues with power/electricity. However there was an active wasp nest above entrance door. This very active wasp nest was not reported. The property manager(Sergio) and maintenance were available to speak with. Maintenance has record of all completed work orders. The wasp nest was treated and removed at time of complaint. |
