Conducted on site inspection that reveals two dilapidated structures. Front home has deterioration and damage to include all windows are busted out, door openings have doors removed. Roof structure is missing over the majority of the structure. Foundation has damage to include numerous plants and trees growing through it. The rear structure contains missing and broken windows. The foundation is heavily damaged and has been excavated. The front porch is in deterioration. Contacted property owner and ordered structure to be secured. A 60 day notice to rehabilitate or demolish the structure will be issued. -VM |
