Observed overgrown vegetation at this property along the front, side, and in the easement. Also observed a couch made for inside use being used for outdoor furniture. This couch is considered trash and debris because it was not designed or made for outdoor use. In addition to the couch, there is a small accumulation of trash and debris located in the front of the property. Observed an inoperable white 4 door Buick with flat tires. |
