At the time of inspection, there was no sewer smell, flies or mosquitos present. Assuming it was a problem prior to my arrival, any evidence of a sewer issue was thoroughly cleaned. In fact, I saw no evidence of standing water or any outdoor inspect infestation. I spoke the the tenant in unit 3683, she explained to me the issues that she says have been occurring frequently at the property. I explained to her that I have to see actual sewer smell or sewer waste in order to make a case, if the problem has been solved, whether temporary or not, I have no evidence to go on to make a case. I explained to her that the next time it happens to take a photo and give me a call prior to her calling management so I may have the chance to observe an active sewer leak. |
