Revisited property as she is hard of hearing and isn't able to hear knocking at the door. Spoke with one of the neighbors and they stated that she has another house on the same block. Her husband passed away and she spends time just going to one of the other homes. There is also a 40 foot shipping container located in the backyard of one of the other houses. I will pass by there by 9/19 and if there is no answer, I will issue an NOV |
