On site at property. RV is parked on front of property curb, obstructing the right-of-way and is inoperable. Did not see or unable to identify any utilities connected to the RV at this time. Spoke to responsible party, stated the RV will be removed from there within 24hrs and that no one is currently living in the RV. Will follow up. |
