Called the owner and he said he had given "permission to the neighbor to dump items on the property and that they would be taken soon". I told him that I was clear after providing the last extension that the trash and debris needed to be removed by this date. He proceeded to claim I was harassing him and that the city has better things to worry about than a few couches and trash. He continued yelling at me and threatened litigation before saying "I will be calling your boss even though you are trying to hide that information from me, and I hope to never speak to you again". I had, prior to his threat, provided an email, and office phone number to him. | |
