On site spoke to regional manager, found electrical and structural work on the property also found public "utilities" easement blocked with block wall on the northwest corner of this parcel, walls built with different heights 5-10ft, retaining walls and landscaping changes, property owner did electrical work installing lights and security cameras on the neighboring property east of this parcel "6905 E Broadway Bl" notice of violation sent to both. |
