(They currently have water and ac). Contacted Property Manager. Property manager returned call. They currently have Oracle Energy and Andrew Plumbing available if they need to contact them regarding emergencies they respond right away. This past week there was a problem with the plumbing system. Andrew Plumbing had to shut water off on Wednesday for 2 hours. During this time there was no ac. The apt uses a chiller system. Once the plumbing was repaired the water and ac was turned back on. All residents were made aware by letter placed on their doors of this repair before it was turned off . Bottle water was provided to the tenants. Manager states when ever they get a complaint about no ac they contact Oracle Energy to repair the ac and they provide temporary air conditioning units to the tenant until the ac is fixed. She mentioned they do have the vendors on 24 hour call. Requested Property manger to provide a plumbing and ac report for the property and also a statement explaining how they handle lack of water and ac complaints. Property manger states she will have this to be by 11 am Monday.
