The tenant stated that the management does not come regularly, however the management provided me text messages, emails, and service request forms that show the management either attempted to service her unit or scheduled a time to service her unit. I informed the management to continue to proactively treat her unit, as well as respond to her requests. I also encouraged the tenant to be more responsive to service attempts, as well as, coordinate with management to allow them access to her unit when she is not home. |
