405 pm - Contact w/ tenants on site. Thermostat is set to Cool on Auto, system produces cool air, but not cold air. Thermostat says interior temp is 88. Temperature probe in kitchen shows 90. Two outlets in kitchen have no power. A breaker is off, however tenant is unsure as to why. There are missing breakers/openings into breaker panel. Called and spoke with property manager. -VM |
