In unit, found system off, temperature on thermostat 86 degrees. Turned system on, after 7 minutes of running, air temperature is 77 degrees and not sufficient to cool the apartment. Management did provide a portable AC unit for temporary cooling. Contact with the property manager. They have maintenance scheduled for the chiller system in the coming days. Issued a Notice of Violation for cooling violation and for electrical violations previously noted. -VM | |

Wall thermostat shows temperature is at 79-80 degrees. Temperature probe shows temperatures between 78-79 degrees, in compliance with codes. Both outlets in kitchen have power now and show wired correctly. Missing breaker openings have been covered by sheet metal, not in an approved manner. Spoke to property manager and advised to make corrections. -VM | |
