208 PM - Viewed the area behind this home with HOA president on site. There does not appear to have been any grading or changes to grade. On parcel 108-16-4190, common area parcel for HOA, multiple plants have been cut down to ground level and removed from the property. This includes multiple creosote plants, multiple palo verde trees, and 1-2 mesquite trees. It is possible an ironwood tree was removed. It is unclear at this time if the removal of these plants created a violation. Will require additional research. The home itself has been remodeled without a permit. There is a window removed and a new window added along the east facing wall. There are two new sliding doors installed and additional stucco work under the porch along the north side of the structure. -VM |
