Fence removed, storage in back alley area relocated out of view. The large shade structure located in the back yard and partially in the front yard is still on site. Checked for a site plan approval for this structure. No site plan approval for this structure is applied for. Spoke to the owner about the shade structure. Will contact the owner again and discuss the last violation still in violation. Gave owner 30 days to either remove the structure or obtain a site plan approval for the structure on site. Picture located in the files. |
