There is a rear structure that has been attached to the north end of the single-family residence without applicable permits. Its approximately 10x50ft and constructed after the year of 2020 according to aerial photos. The structure was once an open patio that has been enclosed and stuccoed at the west end. There is limited visibility due to the 6ft CMU wall. |
