On site with inspector Morales. Complaint of damaged gas line due to building of block wall. 60% of block wall is complete and appears to be under 6 feet in height. Advised owner they need to have a site plan compliance review and possibly need permits. Also advised owner that the block wall may be interfering with the sight triangle where it meets the sidewalk on Park Ave. Issuing notice for site plan review and permits. |
