313 pm - Contact w/ resident on site. When swamp cooler is turned on, it generates hot air. Took temperature w/ temperature probe. Reading is at 90.0 degrees in kitchen, 90.5 in southwest bedroom. Two south bedrooms lack smoke detectors. North west bedroom smoke detector cannot be tested. Hallway is lacking a smoke detector. Issued NOV to property manager on site. -VM |
