Swamp cooler has been repaired, it is producing cool air, however the air is not cool enough to cool the unit to the temperature as required by code. I took temperatures with a temperature probe inside the unit. Temperature in living room is at 87 degrees, and temperature in kitchen is at 87.2 degrees. Additional work may be required to bring evaporative cooler into better working order. Will be looking to move to a citation. -VM | |

Took temperature with temperature probe. Temperature is 80 degrees in kitchen, 78 degrees in bedroom, and 79 degrees in living room. Tenant was once again using extension cords for portable AC, did disconnect upon order to do so. Violations are abated at this time, close case. -VM |
