Onsite with TFD, SWG, and inspector Gholson. Upon arrival electric turned off at panel and secured with lock, and gas service disconnected and waiting to be inspected for reconnect. Fire had been isolated to storage area attached to house damage includes wall, roof, ceiling, smoke and water damage. Storage area attached to structure has been condemned and indemnification signed. permits required for all structure repairs and to be inspected by electrician. |
