Onsite with TFD, SWG, and inspector Gholson. TEP was onsite prior to arrival all utilities have been disconnected. Fire and water damage throughout appears to be total loss. Damage to walls, ceiling, roof, and awning. Residents have been advised Permits required for repairs and utility reconnect. Indemnification signed. |
