143 PM - Arrived and found the previous tenant of unit 3308 is underneath a tent structure with multiple individuals on site. 4 of them left. 2 stayed and said they are helping him move his belongings out of the property. Both front doors to both units are open and unsecured, and owner is not on site to be in control of his property. Placed 3 calls to owner and left a message. Owner did not return calls. Called city contractor to secure the structure. City contractor responded and secured 3 doors. Issued 30 Day NOV as property has excessive trash and debris. Prior to leaving, I was able to padlock both gates at front and resecured fencing at rear that was cut by using wire to resecure. -VM |
