SWG pulled all gas meters. TEP disabled power remotely to unit 901 and 903. 901 N Columbus has fire and water damage to walls, floors, ceiling, and windows. Unit 901 is condemned due to fire and unit 903 is condemned due to lack of electricity. Owner of property signed indemnification and taken responsibility for securing property. Permits required for all repairs and reconnect of utilities. |
