There was a interior fire to brick dwelling destroying multiple cased windows There is roof damage rear westside, fascia was damaged, burned and bare electric wiring throughout, burned and damaged drywall throughout, heavy smoke and water damage throughout, Multiple inspection holes in roof, there was alligatoring to trust and to roof line wood framing, the gable on southwest side sustained heavy damaged. Detached guested hose that was not affected but will still be condemned because utilities run off same meters. Both dwellings are condemned and permits are required for all repairs. |
