Contacted Ft Lowell Realty regarding rental unit does not have AC. Ft Lowell Really states they will have maintenance in the area around 11-12 today. Noted that the occupant has not put in a work-order to have the ac fixed. Contacted the occupant. Occupant has not put in a work order for the repair. Advised the occupant to put in a work-order to have the AC fixed. Let him know this needs to be done right away. Occupant also stated he purchased two ac units for his rental unit. Advised the occupant to put in the AC any way. Occupant states he will do this. Close case. |
