139 PM - Contact w/ tenant on site. Landlord did have someone clear the clog in the line in the early morning hours around 3AM. Had tenant run water in kitchen, she did so and stated water is draining. She also did state the toilet is flushing. Violation is unfounded at this time, close case. -VM |
