This back alley has had an on going problem with homeless in the alley doing drugs, digging through the trash cans and scattering debris, starting fires etc.. The city has had to clean this alley numerous times over the past several years. Businesses have been robbed and vandalized by the homeless who frequent this alley. Walked into business and discussed the complaint and the need to obtain Zoning and permits for the fence placed in the alley. Nov sent to the owner of the propety. |
