06/27/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Passed | VISITED SITE, PARKED IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY , KNOCKED ON THE FRONT DOOR BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I WALKED BAACK TO THE STREET WHERE I COULD GETA BETTER VIEW OF THE TRAILER'S ROOF. IN THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER WAS A METAL PORCH THE ROOFING MATERIALS ON THE HOUSE OVERLAPPED THE METAL PORCH/ METAL/ METAL ROOF AND DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ISSUES. I ALSO CHECKED THE CARPORT AREA SOUTH OF THE TRAILER AND AGAIN NO DAMAGE TO THE METAL ROOF. I WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE REAR OF THE HOUSE BUT I DID DRIVE THE NEXT STREET TO THE EAST AND LOCATED 3919 STOPPED IN FRONT AND WALKED TO THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHERE CARS WERE PARKED BUT WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE REAR OF THE HOUSE IN QUESTION DUE TO TALL TREES AND TALL OLLEANDERS BUSHES. THE FRONT 0F 3918 N MIDGE LN WAS PRETTY MESSY BUT I COULD NOTSEE THE REAR SECTION OF THE HOUSE. NO VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND TO THE ROOF, AND IT APPEARS PEOPLE ARE LIVING INSIDE THE STRUCTURE.
