The front yard is full of refuse, weeds, fire wood junk motor vehicles. A strong order coming from the property is apparent when walking up to the front door of the mobile home. A lot of exterior storage. Notice the window was partially opened. Heard two dogs, one small and one large inside barking. I could hear a generator running but did not see any generator in the front or side yard. Knocked several times causing the dogs to bark. No answer. Met w/the neighbor in the back end of the property to see if I could see the back yard area. Upon viewing the back yard I could see more refuse, tall grass and weeds, exterior storage, part of the mobile home siding was missing exposing the water heater and the HVAC system. The generator was located on the back step next to gasoline tanks and propane containers. Neighbor mentioned elderly man has six dogs but has not seen him or the dogs for some time now. Will do the appropriate paper work and will move this case forward. | ||
