There is trash and debris scattered throughout the interior. It is blocking the front door, the windows, the back door and prevent emergency egress. There is a portable AC running in the unit that is energized in an unknown manner and is covered in trash and debris. Unable to access the kitchen. I need to unable to determine if the electrical contains the additional hazards. Gas meter is pulled in 10 prior to my arrival. Off electric at the pedestal and place the padlock on the panel. Electrical shall remain off until trash and debris is cleared from the unit contractor was called to secure the unit. Contractor was able to secure the front door the window on the south east side of the structure and an open window on the west side of the structure unit was posted unsafe to occupy -VM |
