DESTROYING A WOOD HEADER IN AN ESTIMATED 3 FT AREA. THERE WAS MULTIPLE WOOD POST THAT WERE DESTROYED IN AN ESTIMATED 3FT AREA OF THE UPPER LEVEL. THE STUCCO AND FOAM BOARD WAS DESTROYED IN AN ESTIMATED 4X3 AREA. THE RAILING FOR THE WALK WAY REMAINED STURDY AND WAS NOT DAMAGED. NO POWER WAS DISCONNECTED AND THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE AREA. THERE WAS NO WATER OR FIRE DAMAGE TO THE ADJACENT UNITS 69, 70, AND 71. THE DOWNSTAIRS UNITS HAD NO WATER OR FIRE DAMAGE. MR LE COCQ HAD HIS ELECTRICIAN ON SITE, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ROMEX CORD IN THE OVERHEAD AREA WAS NOT COMPROMISED. THE ELECTRICIAN SUGGESTED WRAPPING THE ROMEX IN ELECTRICAL TAPE FOR SAFETY MEASURES. THE OVERHEAD EXTERIOR LIGHTS WORKED PROPERLY. TFD STATED THAT THERE WAS DAMAGE ON THE ROOF DUE TO THEIR INSPECTION. THERE WAS NO INSPECTION HOLE THAT BROKE THROUGH THE BREEZE WAY CEILING. THE OSB BOARD HAD SLIGHT SMOKE DAMAGE. SOME WOOD RAFTERS SUSTAINED SMOKE DAMAGE. PERMITS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS TO THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING.
