However, these types of structures always need a permit for zoning review. Per Zoning Administrator. Person who complained stated the property was in a Historical Zone. Which it is not. The area Zone is C3 Contacted owner and occupant. Occupants are working on plans to be submitted to PDSD for a review to obtain approvals.
