Occupant called and wants to appeal this notice of violation. Discussed case and complaint. Discussed response from PDSD : Temporary shade structure is consider a structure and the structure must meet required setbacks and it may not need a building review depending on the size. However, these types of structures always need a permit for zoning review. Per Zoning Administrator. Person who complained stated the property was in a Historical Zone. Which it is not. The area Zone is C3 Contacted owner and occupant. Occupants are working on plans to be submitted to PDSD for a review to obtain approvals. |
