9/9/24 UPDATE: Got a hold of property management of Circle K and stated they would take actions towards abatement. Resent the letter of notice to proper address, requesting the sidewalk to be free from tripping hazards and any overgrowth, trees, weeds, etc. to be trimmed obstructing the ROW, for pedestrian walkway must be clear at all times, and trash to be removed abutting the property.
10/17/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Overgrowth in the rear of the property has been trimmed, no longer obstructing the ROW. Trash and debris in rear removed at this time. Loose gravel sidewalk hazard still in violation.

11/27/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property. Violations abated at this time. Loose gravel on the west side of the property has been replace with larger rip rap 6"-9" granite pieces. Sidewalk on the west of the property that had re-occurring rocks and sand no longer a hazard from the small loose gravel/sand at this time because of the replaced large granite pieces (see photos for reference). Case closed.
